For Patients

A medical team you can talk to — any hour, any day.

Regain Health is the patient-facing product built on the same clinical platform we deploy at medical centers. An AI clinician drafts the plan; a real physician signs off on it. The reasoning is visible, the evidence is attached to every decision, and your records stay yours.

The problem

Fifteen minutes is not enough to be heard.

The modern primary-care visit averages fifteen minutes. Your clinician has to take a history, review labs, order tests, document everything for insurance, and somehow still have time to think. Chronic conditions — metabolic, cardiovascular, autoimmune — do not surface under that kind of time pressure. They get missed, or they get managed on autopilot.

Regain Health closes the gap between those visits. An AI clinician is available continuously, has full context on your health history, and drafts a plan for every concern you bring it. A human physician reviews, challenges, and signs off. The result is a care surface that scales with your questions, not with your insurer's billing codes.

What's inside Regain Health

Five surfaces, one continuous record.

Clinic

A 24/7 AI clinician that takes your history, orders the right tests, interprets results, and drafts a plan. A human physician signs off before anything clinical happens.

Protocol

Protocols are versioned, executable plans — not a PDF handout. You can see every rule, every evidence link, and every change since your last visit.

How Protocols work →

Mini-Apps

Small, audited tools for the specific things your body needs watched — sleep, glucose, medication timing, recovery. Each ships with the rules it runs and the studies it cites.

Medical AI

The AI reasoning surface. Every suggestion shows its work: the clinical rules fired, the evidence cited, and the supervision verdict that let it reach you.

Under the hood →

Privacy architecture

PHI and PII live in separate services. Your records are cryptographically scoped to you. Our engineers cannot read your chart without your explicit grant.

How we handle PHI →

How it works

Three steps. Then it keeps running.

1. Share your story once.

Conversation, upload your records, or connect an EHR. The AI builds a structured chart from unstructured input and flags anything missing before a clinician ever looks at the case.

2. Get a plan you can read.

The AI drafts a plan in plain language, with every recommendation linked to a cited rule and a clinical study. Your physician reviews it, changes what needs changing, and signs.

3. Keep the thread open.

New symptom, new lab, new question — the assistant is available, the context is already loaded, and the plan updates instead of starting over.

The principle

The AI shows its work — or it doesn't reach you.

Black-box AI in a clinical setting is a liability. Every suggestion from Regain Health carries the rule that fired, the evidence cited, and the supervision verdict that let it through. A separate system, on a separate codebase, checks the reasoning before it ever reaches your inbox. If the supervision layer rejects a suggestion, you never see it — and the rejection is logged.
