Continuous, not episodic
The thread doesn't close after a visit. New symptom, new lab, new question — the assistant already has context, and your physician sees the update in their queue.
The Clinic
The Clinic is the intake surface of Regain Health. The AI clinician runs the structured interview, orders the workup, interprets results, and drafts a plan. Your physician reviews, rewrites where needed, and signs. The AI never acts autonomously on clinical decisions.
How a visit actually runs
The AI asks one question at a time in plain language, branches on your answers, and stops when it has what a physician would want. If you already have records, you upload them and the AI structures them before the first question.
The AI writes the plan the way a clinician would dictate it: assessment, differential, recommendations. Every recommendation is linked to the rule that fired and the evidence behind it. You can read the reasoning, not just the conclusion.
Your physician sees the draft, edits anything they disagree with, and signs. Prescriptions, referrals, and orders leave the Clinic only under a human signature. The AI's role is to prepare; the clinician's role is to decide.
What makes the Clinic different
The thread doesn't close after a visit. New symptom, new lab, new question — the assistant already has context, and your physician sees the update in their queue.
Recommendations carry their evidence. You can trace any line of the plan to the rule, study, or guideline it came from.
A supervision layer on a separate codebase inspects every AI suggestion before it reaches your clinician — or you. Rejected suggestions never surface, and the rejection is auditable.
