Patient App

A medical team in your patient’s pocket

The patient app is the patient surface of MISS. Same record, same AI, same safety rules. What your clinicians enter, the patient sees on their phone. What the patient reports, your clinicians see on their screen. One system, two views.

The 15-minute problem

Your patients forget most of what you tell them before they reach the car park. A 15-minute appointment is enough for a prescription, not for a root cause. The patient app picks up where the appointment ends: a daily plan, an explanation behind every recommendation, and a live link back to the clinic — without adding to your staff’s workload.

Two-minute onboarding

The doctor taps "Send app" during the visit. An SMS with a short link arrives. The patient enters their phone number, receives a one-time code, and they are in. No passwords, no app store, no IT department.

A calm daily timeline

Every morning the patient opens "Today": a short list of cards timed to their day. Morning medication, a walk after lunch, dinner before eight, blood pressure on Wednesday. One tap to mark done. Doctor-placed cards are locked and labelled "verified by doctor."

Glass Box, not vibes

Every recommendation has a "Why?" button. The patient sees where it came from, what data it rests on, what is uncertain, and what would change it. Deterministic rules first, plain-language explanation second. No black-box guessing.

Safety that does not sleep

A patient types "chest pain." A deterministic filter in three languages catches it before the AI is called. The AI is never invoked. The patient sees immediate safety steps. A task lands in the support queue within seconds. Medication dosage advice without a doctor’s order is blocked at every layer.

Real data between visits

Blood pressure, weight, waist, glucose — logged as a time series, not once a quarter. A daily check-in captures mood, energy, sleep, and hunger in four taps. Your clinicians see everything in real time on their screen.

One system, two views

The patient’s phone and your clinic screen run on the same platform. The doctor’s plan appears as a locked card on the patient’s phone. The patient’s self-report appears on the clinician’s dashboard. Every platform improvement reaches the patient automatically.

Questions answered

Patient App

Why is this better than a Google search?

Google shows you everything that COULD be true, which usually just adds anxiety. Our engine works in reverse: multiple specialised AI agents debate your data. If a theory does not fit your labs and lifestyle, the engine discards it. We give you the explanation that survived the process of elimination, not a list of probabilities.

Is this medical advice?

No. The app is an informational and organisational tool, not medical advice. Medical decisions — medications, lab interpretation, treatment plans — are made by your treating physician. The app helps you follow the plan you have been given.

AI is known to "hallucinate." How do I know the app is not making things up?

Standard AI predicts the "next word" — that is why it guesses. Our engine is a Glass Box built on formal logic. Before the system offers a recommendation, it must pass a refutation check: if the theory contradicts even one of your data points, the system discards it. You can open the "Why?" drawer to see which theories we rejected and why.

What if my case is genuinely complicated? Will the AI just guess?

Our most important rule: truth over having an answer. If the AI agents refute all available theories, or two theories are equally likely, the system stops and tells you honestly what is missing: "We cannot distinguish Theory A from Theory B yet. We need you to track your blood pressure for 24 hours to find the answer." We do not guess with your health — we acknowledge uncertainty and tell you how to resolve it.

What about emergencies?

The app is for planned monitoring, not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. If you type something like "chest pain," a deterministic filter catches it before the AI is called. The model is never invoked. You see specific first-aid steps, and a task lands in the support queue within seconds.

How is my data protected?

Data is stored encrypted and access-controlled. Your medical information and your identity are separated — even inside the system, the link between them is protected. The action log cannot be modified or deleted.

What if I want to leave? Will you keep my data?

Account deletion on request. We do not hold data hostage.

Does the app work offline?

Partially. Your daily timeline is preloaded and available offline. Check-marks sync when connectivity returns. AI features require an internet connection.

What about wearables — Apple Watch, Oura?

Wearable integration is on the roadmap. Today, measurements are entered manually: blood pressure, weight, waist, glucose, and wellbeing.
